The operator of this website, Diverse Advertising Group, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us” or “our”), created this Privacy Policy to explain what information we collect from individuals who access the website,www.arrivalmobileapp.com (the “Site”), and mobile application, the Arrival Mobile App (“App”), we own and control (collectively, our “Digital Media”), and how we use that information. If you have any questions about our Privacy Policy, please contact us using the information provided at the bottom of this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy is incorporated into our Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time consistent with applicable law. Changes to our Privacy Policy shall become effective as of the date they are posted to this Site. Therefore, we encourage you to visit this section of our Site regularly in order to remain informed of any changes.
To the extent there is a conflict between this Privacy Policy and our Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Terms and Conditions supersede and control.

Age Requirements for General Use of our Digital Media.
We understand and are committed to respecting the sensitive nature of children’s privacy online. If we learn or have reason to suspect that a user is not at least 13 years of age or legal guardian has not legally approved of a child under 13 using this app, we will promptly delete any such personal information in our control. If you are under 13 years of age or have consent from a legal parent or legal guardian, do not use OUR DIGITAL MEDIA.
What Information We Collect and How We Use It.

a. Social Media Information. b. How We Use Your Personal Information. We will process and use personally identifiable information about you for the following reasons or in the following ways:

2. Other Information Collection & Use. We may track and collect non-personal information when you visit our Digital Media, including the following categories of usage and traffic data: (1) web viewing and application use data, including features accessed, used, and any user generated content submitted; (2) IP addresses; (3) log files; (4) domain servers; (5) types of devices accessing our Digital Media; (6) types of web browsers used to access our Digital Media; (7) duration of visit to our Digital Media; and (8) how you arrived to our Digital Media (collectively, “Non-PII Data”). Non-PII Data is anonymous information that does not personally identify you but is helpful for marketing purposes, product enhancements and development, or for improving your experience on our Digital Media. We may also use “cookies” to customize content specific to your interests.
Cookies: We may place a «cookie» on your hard drive so we can recognize you as a return user in order to personalize and improve your experience. Sale or Acquisition of Assets.
If Company sells its subsidiaries or business units, customer information generally is one of the transferred business assets. Also, in the event that Company or substantially all of its assets are acquired, your customer information will be one of the transferred assets. If we purchase a business, the personally identifiable information received with that business would be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy in effect at that time, so long as it is practicable and permissible to do so. Company stores personally identifiable information in secured databases owned and maintained by third-party service providers, and Company’s partners, vendors, agents, or other service providers may have access to your personal information as a result of their duties to Company.

Company makes no guarantees about the accuracy, currency, content or quality of the information provided by such third-party websites, and Company assumes no responsibility for unintended, objectionable, inaccurate, misleading, or unlawful content that may reside on those websites. Please review the privacy policy of the other website before using such website.
For avoidance of doubt, if we provide links to social media platforms, such as Facebook or Twitter, and you choose to visit those websites through our links, please note that the personal information you post, transmit or otherwise make available on those websites may be viewed by the general public. Company does not control the user-posted content on its social media homepages and is not responsible for any third party use of your personal information that you have posted, transmitted or otherwise made available there.
Termination.
If you wish to remove the App from your device, please refer to your device settings to uninstall, remove or delete the App.
A user who has submitted his or her information in order to join our mailing list may choose to unsubscribe from any future communications by emailing us at unsubscribe@arrivalmobileapp.com.
However, please note that: (1) a user may not opt out of receiving necessary administrative announcements; and (2) we may retain your information for the purpose of preventing, investigating, or identifying possible wrongdoing in connection with our Digital Media or to comply with legal obligations, and in any case, your information may remain on our servers.
Your Texas Privacy Rights.
If you are a California resident, you may request that we provide to you: (i) a list of the categories of personal information about you that Company has disclosed to third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes during the calendar year preceding your request; (ii) the names and addresses of such third parties; and (iii) if the nature of the third parties’ business cannot reasonably be determined from their names, examples of the products or services marketed, if known to Company, sufficient to give you a reasonable indication of the nature of the third parties’ business.
Other than to our Affiliates (as defined below), we do not provide your personal information (excluding aggregated information) to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
