The Diverse Digital Internship Program is an opportunity to gain first-hand experience with the day-to-day workings of a startup. You will be placed with an early-stage company enrolled in Diverse Digital’s acceleration cycle and will work directly with the founders on key projects that are instrumental to the company’s success. Examples of past projects include:

Meeting with potential customers to gather early feedback Conducting growth hacking experiments to drive customer acquisition Building flexible financial models Creating landing pages and mobile responsive websites Launching PR campaigns to garner attention from customers, investors, and the media Researching and building pipelines of potential customers Hacking hardware and software solutions to technical problems

Your assigned startup will be based out of Dallas Texas. The expectation is that you should, at a minimum, occasionally meet with your team in person, but you can collaborate remotely for a majority of the program. These are unpaid opportunities, but interns receive invaluable exposure to the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

The program is scheduled to start April 2016. During that time, all interns receive full access to Diverse Digital’s resources and are invited to participate in key events (e.g., Demo Days, Customer Immersion Days).

We are looking for people who are passionate about helping startups solve pressing problems, especially in education and healthcare. We are looking for students who defy being defined by their degree programs and bring an eclectic mix of talents to the table. Requirements

A tenacious, strong work ethic and being able to work with limited supervision is a must.
Good communications skills
Great understanding of Microsoft Office or Equivalent
High degree of computer literacy
A never give up attitude
